Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

Refund requests must be made on the same business day before 4:00 PM PST. After that time, requests must be handled directly with the DMV.

Same-Day Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted on the same business day before 4:00 PM PST. Requests made after this time cannot be processed by Speedy Tags.

Once Processing Has Begun

Once a transaction has been submitted to the DMV or processing has begun, refunds may no longer be available through Speedy Tags. After 4:00 PM PST, all refund requests must be handled directly with the DMV.

Refund Timeline

Refunds, if approved, may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Non-Refundable Fees

Government fees and DMV charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. Service fees are non-refundable once payment has been received and processing has begun. Credit card processing fees of 2.6%–3% are non-refundable.

To request a refund, contact us by phone at (619) 975-2727 or visit us in person at 7400 El Cajon Blvd Ste 203, La Mesa, CA 91942 before 4:00 PM PST on the same business day as your transaction.
