Services

SPEEDY TAGS provides vehicle-related administrative services, including but not limited to vehicle registration renewals, title transfers, duplicate titles, DMV document processing, and related services. We are a private service provider and are not affiliated with or operated by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all transactions. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all documents and information submitted. We are not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Fees and Payments

All service fees are due at the time of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees may include service charges, DMV fees, government fees, taxes, and third-party processing charges. Service fees are non-refundable once payment has been received and processing has begun. Credit card payments may include a non-refundable processing fee of 2.6%–3%.

Processing Times

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to DMV processing times, government system delays, incomplete documentation, or other external factors beyond our control.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted on the same business day before 4:00 PM PST. Once a transaction has been submitted to the DMV or processing has begun, refunds may no longer be available. After 4:00 PM PST, all refund requests must be handled directly with the DMV. Refunds, if approved, may take 5–10 business days to process. Government fees and DMV charges are non-refundable.

Identity Verification

We reserve the right to request identification or additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested information may result in delays or cancellation of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPEEDY TAGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including delays caused by the DMV or other government agencies. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
